Yes. Once your payment is processed, you own everything — the design, the code, the domain, the accounts. All administrative credentials are transferred to you upon project completion. We fully log out of all systems.
Yes. Flexible financing options are available directly at checkout through Stripe. You can split your setup fee into monthly payments — terms, eligibility, and rates are handled entirely by Stripe during the checkout process. You own your website from day one regardless of which payment option you choose.
If you have an existing custom domain, we handle the transfer to professional hosting at no extra charge. If your current address is a free subdomain from another platform, we will register a proper domain for you (approximately $12–$20/year, included in setup).
Website design is included in every package, but logo creation is not. If you have an existing logo, we build around it. If you need a logo designed, we can add it as a separate line item and quote accordingly.
The AI assistant is trained specifically on your business: your services, pricing, hours, and policies. It is not a generic chatbot. It appears as a chat widget on your website and engages visitors in real-time — answering questions, guiding them to book, and capturing leads when you are unavailable.
Yes. Monthly services (managed hosting, AI assistant) can be cancelled at any time with 30 days notice. Your website continues to function normally — you simply take over the tasks we were handling.
All packages include post-launch support (30 or 60 days depending on tier). After that, you manage your site independently, or continue with managed service (Tier 3). You always have the option to upgrade your tier later.
